Terms and conditions

Mountain Biking is a potentially hazardous activity carrying a significant risk. It should only be undertaken with full  understanding of any inherent risks. You should exercise your own experience, intuition and careful judgement.

A deposit will be required to be held against any loss, damage or excess time, but otherwise refunded.

Any loss or damage to the bicycle must be notified to Sunart Cycles immediately, and in the case of theft or accident to the nearest police station. While crime in the Highlands is lower than the rest of the UK, it is in your interest to use the lock provided when the bicycle is left unattended and that you do your best to safeguard it. For the duration of the hire, you must accept the total responsibility for the safe custody of the bicycle, against any loss or damage howsoever caused.

You may not make any adjustments/alterations to the bicycle other than raising or lowering the seat.

You must return the bicycle on or before the specified date and time, or an additional day’s charge may be levied.

The bicycle must not be used for downhill, 4 cross, jumping or stunts.
